A motorcyclist from Kent was killed late Saturday night after he crashed on Highway 512 near South Hill Mall and was run over by three vehicles.

The Washington State Patrol says that 57-year-old James Suddoth of Kent was riding his 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King 1800CC east on Highway 512 near 104th Street East when he lost control and hit the cable barrier on the median.  When he hit the barrier, he was thrown from his motorcycle.

Suddoth landed back on the highway, where he was struck by three vehicles.  Two of the vehicles, a 2003 Nissan Altima and a 2002 Chevy S-10 pickup, stopped after hitting him, but a third, described as a light-colored 4-door car, sped off.

Suddoth died at the scene.  No one in the vehicles that stopped after hitting him were hurt.  WSP does not expect any charges to be filed.
